How does Charging4Fleets work?

Optimize your fleet with the flexible NRGkick charging station: low or no installation costs, precise billing based on energy consumed, and charging options anywhere – the ideal solution. Charging4Fleets simplifies the billing of charging costs for company vehicles, whether your employees charge at home, at work or on the road.

Once the NRGkick is ordered, the pre-configured charging units are sent directly to your home. Employees receive ready-to-use units that record and save each charging process precisely. No worries if the cloud connection is lost: the data is not lost and is automatically uploaded as soon as the connection is restored. All charging data is collected and available on the Charging4Fleets online portal, as well as in the form of detailed reports.

NRGkick not only offers a reliable charging infrastructure, but also an efficient data management and reporting tool that allows you to request personalized charging reports at any time or receive them automatically at defined times.

Simplified billing

NRGkick chargers are factory pre-configured to record accurate charging data , which can be transmitted as a collective report.

Data can be viewed in real-time from the interface when NRGkick mobile stations are connected to the network via Wi-Fi or 4G in remote, rural areas, etc.

Adjust charging rates

You can define the agreed costs per kWh individually for each cable and adapt them at any time, or even define periods in advance if the station is used in several locations at the same time.

Example: Home charging period with the lowest charging cost, which the employer will have to reimburse. A second period may concern charging at the workplace, where the employer does not have to reimburse anything.

The equipment remains the property of the company

For a standard charge, no fixed installation is required at the employee's home.
Simply hand over the NRGkick when the employee arrives at your company and collect it when they leave.
It is also possible to carry out a minimal installation to allow 100% recharging of the vehicle in one night, ideal for high mileage drivers, while remaining easily recoverable in the event of the employee leaving.

What is the difference between OCPP and Charging4Fleets?

Charging4Fleets provides the connection between the charger and the company while offering comprehensive software enabling remote management and billing of charging cables.

OCPP , only establishes the connection between the charger and the company, without including any management software. This protocol is useful for companies that already have their own charging station management system.

What are the benefits of Charging4Fleets?

With Charging4Fleets, the hardware and software for your fleet solution come from a single supplier. This ensures maximum compatibility and ease of use. Only one charging solution is required for all charging processes, whether at home, at work or on the go. In addition, the unique combination of hardware and software enables extremely simple billing of charging processes.

The flexible charging station requires little or no installation, meaning there are no additional costs for standard charging. No uninstallation or reinstallation is required when an employee moves, and the NRGkick can also be easily handed over when there is a change in staff.

While NRGkick is generally similar in price to permanently installed smart wallboxes, it's worth noting that NRGkick does not include installation costs, meaning the total cost is lower.

Where does NRGkick come from?

The NRGkick solution offered by Voltur is designed by the company DiniTech, of which we are an official partner.
All hardware and software is produced in Austria, at the company headquarters, 100% made in Europe.

What is the delivery time?

NRGkick hardware is usually delivered within a few days. Software products are installed as updates and therefore have no delivery time.

Is GPS data still available?

In NRGkick variants with GPS, GPS data of the loads is stored on the device and can then be viewed in the load reports.
However, when charging without free network access, for example in underground car parks, there may be problems with the signal and therefore with retrieving GPS data.

How to ensure that an employee only charges at home?

There are several ways to filter only top-ups made at the employee's home.

WiFi Location:
The employee connects their NRGkick to their home WiFi and gives it a name, such as “Home”. All home top-ups made with NRGkick and connected to this network will then appear under this specified name.

GPS data:
Using a variant of NRGkick with GPS, the GPS coordinates of all top-ups are recorded. Thus, all top-ups made at the GPS coordinates of the employee's home address are visible.

Plug adapters:
NRGkick charging reports also display the plug adapters used for each charge. For example, it can be agreed with the employee to use a specific plug adapter for home charges to identify the desired charges.

Wall outlet:
Another way to identify home charging is to install and use an NRGkick wall outlet in the employee's home.
NRGkick wall outlets are permanently installed and can only be used with NRGkick.
The use of the wall socket for charging also appears in the charging reports. For example, it can be agreed that only charging at the wall socket will be paid.
